No communication with guests. 2nd day out of a 4 day stay, folks showed up to our room with room key activated!!! No telling what would have happened if we weren't in the room at the time. 3rd day, we came back to the room around 1pm from the beach. There was a huge air machine on the floor, the toilet wouldn't flush. Our belongings were moved around. My daughter had NO notification of a problem from front desk. 10 minutes later, 2 plumbers showed up explaining our toilet water line exploded. Water everywhere. The plumbers asked if front desk notification had been received. NOT A WORD. FRONT DESK HAD NO IDEA WHAT WAS HAPPENING. When we went to front desk, they had no idea and there was no manager on duty. This hotel is OLD and not well run. Way over priced! Our carpet waa soaked for the last 24 hours, our stuff in bathroom had been sprayed by toilet water. Plumbers were efficient. The only plus. The beachfront location is excellent and definitely the hotel’s biggest strength. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Our room was spotless, which is exactly what we have come to expect from Hilton. The property is starting to show its age. Some items in the room, such as the blackout curtains and the nightstand, showed visible wear and could benefit from being updated. Breakfast was what we expected from Hampton Inn. It was very busy, but the staff worked hard to keep everything stocked and clean. The waffle station became crowded, and the coffee ran out quickly during peak hours. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Oh my god this hotel was so good the beds were clean and comfy a pretty good tv AND if you go down to the lobby the let you walk to There the waffles and omelets ARE SO GOOD all around beautiful
